Rolly’s Heating & Air Conditioning (2000) Inc. was founded on November 1st 1973 by Roland Loiselle. It has been a family run business ever since. In 2000, it was purchased by Richard Loiselle (Rolly’s youngest son), and now owns and runs it with his wife and kids. Richard is the second generation owner of the company. Under the standard factory warranty, the Manufacture covers the parts and We at Rolly’s cover 1 year labour from date of installation. A warranty certificate was included with your homeowner’s manual and information packet, and is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers and installation dates of your products. If you cannot find your warranty certificate, we at Rolly’s will be able to provide you with the information.
For your specific equipment, there are many variables that affect the life expectancy, especially including the regularity of routine maintenance. Contact us for insight into the remaining life span of your system.
Manufacture recommend filter replacement every month. Furnace and Fireplace maintenance is recommended yearly. If not properly maintained the Manufacture has the right to void said warranty if not maintained as specified.
