What does my warranty cover?

Under the standard factory warranty, the Manufacture covers the parts and We at Rolly’s cover 1 year labour from date of installation. A warranty certificate was included with your homeowner’s manual and information packet, and is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers and installation dates of your products. If you cannot find your warranty certificate, we at Rolly’s will be able to provide you with the information.

What is the life expectancy of my unit?

For your specific equipment, there are many variables that affect the life expectancy, especially including the regularity of routine maintenance. Contact us for insight into the remaining life span of your system.

How often should I maintain my heating and cooling equipment?

Manufacture recommend filter replacement every month. Furnace and Fireplace maintenance is recommended yearly. If not properly maintained  the Manufacture has the right to void said warranty if not maintained as specified.
